Food Handling, Storage & Heating Disclaimer

 

Golden Fit Meals prepares fresh, ready-to-eat meals in a commercial kitchen following food safety standards. Proper handling, storage, and reheating of meals after pickup or delivery is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Storage Instructions

    •    Meals must be refrigerated upon receipt after allowing meals to reach room temperature. 

    •    Keep refrigerated at 41°F (5°C) or below.

    •    For best quality and safety, consume meals within 3-4 days of preparation unless otherwise noted. (We recommend fish plates to be consumed that same day or the day after). 

    •    If freezing, store at 0°F (-18°C) and consume within 30 days.

 

Heating Instructions

    •    Reheat meals until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C) and recommended moved into cooking pan . 

• Lids are microwave safe, you can chose to reheat it with or without them on.

    •    Heating times may vary depending on appliance, portion size, and meal contents.

    •    Stir food when applicable and allow standing time to ensure even heating.

    • For microwave use : Use anywhere between 2-5 minutes or at your liking since meals are fully cooked upon receipt.

Food Safety Notice

Golden Fit Meals is not responsible for food quality, safety, or spoilage resulting from:

    •    Improper storage or temperature control

    •    Failure to follow heating instructions

    •    Extended time left unrefrigerated

    •    Reheating or consuming meals past recommended timeframes

 

By purchasing and consuming Golden Fit Meals, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for proper food handling after receipt.

*Delivery Services are subject to established routes to ensure meals are delivered before the time requested so as to be there on time. Drivers have a 5min waiting policy.
